I had made a pretty passive-aggressive comment over on a monthly "people-please-grow-the-fuck-up" post on house_wilson here talking about how the community has changed from being an awesome place to hang out into an embarrassing corner to dwell without wanting to choke yourself because members there can't learn to act slightly mature. I know that it's hard to act mature in a place where you can allegedly squee and scream as fangirls do about their beloved ship without people thinking you're weird and ridicule you. But when the best and preferably the most worthy members choose not to be part of the comm, we all know that the wank and immature shit has gone way too far.

But then, today, I see this and this, and I was incredibly moved. Two people have begun to put in effort, albeit a little for now, to shift the community back to what it used to be.... and I cannot help but say, thank you soophelia  and m_supercomputer . You guys are giving me hope that maybe, just maybe, house_wilson  is a worthy place to hang out and share our love for House/Wilson after all.

Since when did House lose all its symbolism? Isn't that what the show is all about? The mentality of it all? What it really means between the lines?
